Your clients’ ads, tended every day.

Ricefield is a growth agent for agencies. It reads every account, explains what moved, proposes the change and checks whether it worked. Your team says yes before money moves.

Every change still waits on a person.

Agencies hire people to make changes, dashboards to spot which change to make, and reports to explain them afterwards. Across many clients, that is the job.

Ricefield does that part, and brings you only what needs a person.

Six steps, every day, on every client.

Shown on Bayleaf Dental, a sample clinic. Each step hands to the next, the way water steps down a hillside.

Ricefield watches every client all day, and silence is the default. When something needs a person, it asks one decision, with its recommendation first. Answer it from your desk or your phone.

The rules it keeps.

  • A yes before money moves.

Every change that touches spend waits for a person. Autonomy is granted one kind of change at a time, and taken back after a backfire.

  • Every number traces back.

Numbers come from the synced accounts and can be checked. Nothing is filled in, and what isn’t measured is called unmeasured.

  • Each client’s data stays put.

Access is scoped to the people you sign in. One client’s data is never shared with another client or another agency.

  • “Too early” beats a guess.

At a few leads a week most moves are noise. Ricefield says how sure it is, and says “within the normal range” when that is the truth.

Changes and applies on Google Ads. Reads Meta, GA4 and Search Console.

These rules come from Wherewit running Ricefield on its own clients every day.

What agencies ask first.

Does Ricefield change anything without asking?

Not unless you let it. Every change that touches money waits for a person’s yes. Once one kind of change on one account has a track record, you can let it apply without asking. It goes back to asking after a single backfire.

Which channels does it work with?

It reads Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console. It proposes and applies changes on Google Ads.

Where does client data live?

Each client’s data stays in its own scope, seen only by the people you give access. It is never shared with another client or another agency.

What does it cost?

We haven’t published a price yet. Book a call and we’ll talk it through with your clients in mind.
